Taru User Agreement

Welcome to Taru! By accessing or using the Taru app (the "App"), you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions (the "Agreement"). If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the Taru app, you agree to be legally bound by the terms of this Agreement. If you are accessing or using the App on behalf of an organization, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind the organization to this Agreement.

You agree to provide accurate and complete information during the registration process and to update such information as necessary to keep it accurate. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

7. Termination of Account

Taru reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, for any reason, including but not limited to a violation of this Agreement. Upon termination, all licenses granted to you will immediately cease, and you must stop using the App.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available," without any warranties of any kind, express or implied. Taru does not guarantee that the App will be free from errors, interruptions, or viruses. You use the App at your own risk.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Taru shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising out of or in connection with the use or inability to use the App.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Taru, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all claims, damages, losses, or expenses, including legal fees, arising from your use of the App or your violation of this Agreement.

11. Modifications to the Agreement

Taru reserves the right to update or modify this Agreement at any time. Any changes will be posted in the App or on the official website. Your continued use of the App after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of California Any disputes arising from or relating to this Agreement shall be resolved through binding arbitration in California, and you agree to waive any right to a jury trial.
